Terms of Service

VultureSlots is an educational and reference service. It publishes written material about how certain slot machines and slot-machine mechanics work, and sells access to parts of that material.

That is the whole of what is being sold. It is important to be precise about what this service is not, because the subject matter invites the wrong assumption.

• It does not operate casino games of any kind.
• It does not accept wagers, bets or stakes.
• It does not hold, transmit or manage gambling funds, and there is no balance, wallet or deposit on this site.
• It does not facilitate betting between users, and it pays no prizes or winnings.
• It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any casino, game manufacturer or gaming operator.

You must be of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you live, and legally permitted to access material of this kind there. You confirm this when you create an account.

You are responsible for knowing what applies to you. Gambling law, minimum age and casino policy differ by country, by state or province, and sometimes between individual properties. We cannot determine your position for you, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

You need an account to buy access, and access is attached to that account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: anyone who can reach your mailbox can reach your account.

One account is for one person. Sharing sign-in details, or reselling or redistributing paid material, is a breach of these terms and may result in access being withdrawn without refund.

You may add two-factor authentication from your security settings, and we recommend it. Administrator accounts are required to use it.

Plans are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel. Access does not expire on a schedule.

The price charged is always the price recorded on the server at the moment your order is created. Your browser supplies only which product you want to buy; it does not supply, and cannot influence, the amount.

Upgrading to a higher plan credits what you have already paid against it, calculated from your recorded purchase history. The price displayed before checkout is the list price; the amount actually charged may be lower once credit is applied, and can never be higher.

Prices may change for future purchases. A change never alters a purchase you have already completed.

Digital purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Because access to the material is granted immediately and in full, there is no way to return it.

If a refund is issued (because the law requires it, or as a discretionary decision), the access that purchase granted is withdrawn, and any upgrade credit derived from it is recalculated.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before raising a dispute with your bank. A dispute is slower for you and resolves nothing faster.

Buying access buys you a personal, non-transferable right to read and use the material yourself. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

You may not copy, republish, redistribute, resell, share or systematically extract the paid material, in whole or in part, including through automated means. Protected content is delivered per request to an authorised account, and access may be withdrawn where that is abused.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee, promise or prediction of profit, and nothing should be relied on as one. Gambling involves real financial risk, and you can lose money.

Individual results depend on factors outside anyone's control, including chance. A decision can be correct and still lose. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

The library is revised over time. Guides are added, updated, reclassified and occasionally withdrawn when a machine is no longer relevant or the material is no longer accurate.

We aim to keep material current, but games, machine configurations, casino policies and floor layouts change without notice, and material can become outdated between revisions. Content is provided on an as-is basis.

We may change or suspend parts of the service. Where a change would materially reduce access you have already paid for, we will act reasonably to preserve the value of that purchase.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access material your plan does not include, or to circumvent any access control;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or automate access to the site;
• probe, test or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• impersonate another person, or use the service to harass anyone in the community; or
• use the material for anything unlawful where you are.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, and indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of this material.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for access in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time and may ask for your account to be deleted.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, in particular for sharing or redistributing paid material. Where access is ended for a breach, no refund is due.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when the wording last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
