Before you buy
- Are purchases subscriptions?
No. Every plan is one-time: nothing to renew, nothing to cancel, no expiry.
There are two optional monthly add-ons (community, calculators), never required to use a plan. New guides at or below your tier appear automatically, at no extra cost.
- Do upgrades credit what I already paid?
Yes. What you paid your current plan is credited against the higher one, calculated server-side from your purchase history, never from anything your browser sends.
- Why can I not see some guides in the directory?
Members-only guides don't appear in the public directory or search. Which machines are covered is part of what a plan buys. Guides you have access to appear in your library.
- Do plays stop working once enough people know them?
They can. Machines get reconfigured, moved, or removed, and casino policy changes. We can't guarantee any machine stays available; the library gives you the understanding that outlasts any one machine.
- What is the refund policy, and how do refunds affect access?
Digital purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If one is issued anyway, the access it granted is removed and any upgrade credit is recalculated.
Think a charge is wrong? Contact support before disputing with your bank. It's faster for both of us.
